General Provider Status
There are a handful of steps necessary to ensure proper application methodology to gain provider status approval through Missouri Medicaid. This section simply states the overall requirements to gain provider status, as an introduction into what you will need to obtain your provider status.

MTS Certification
Do you have your Medication Therapy Services certification through the Missouri Board of Pharmacy (it will be on your personal license, underneath of your name). If not, you need to complete this section.

If you have your MTS certification, but not setup as a Medicaid provider, you will need to complete this section.
